Trelleborg port wind turbines

Sweden’s Port of Trelleborg has received a building permit for two 120m-tall onshore wind turbines to cater for its growing electrical power needs (in particular, shore power) and the green hydrogen (electrolysis) investment of the port’s owner, the Municipality of Trelleborg. The project is due to start this autumn as the port builds towards its goal of becoming a major green energy node.
