Romania wants to buy Giurgiulesti International Free Port in Moldova

Romania’s Prime Minister IonMarcel Ciolacu has said his country is interested in acquiring Giurgiulesti International Free Port (GIFP). GIFP, which is the only river Danube port located in landlocked Moldova, is owned by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
