ICTSI secures Iloilo concession

Manila-based International Container Terminal Services Inc. (ICTSI) has been awarded a 25-year concession by the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) to develop and operate the Iloilo Commercial Port Complex (ICPC) in Western Visayas.
