EC ceases price probe into Asia/ Europe

It has taken almost five years, but the European Commission (EC) has finally brought to an end its investigation into alleged antitrust pricing actions of 14 liner companies engaged in the Asia/ Europe trade. The announcement by the EC follows the decision of the carriers to no longer publish and communicate general rate increase announcements.
