ICS disappointed: “CII Resolution unsupported by Member states”

The London-headquartered International Chamber of Shipping (ICS), the global trade association whose membership of shipowners controls approximately 80% of the global fleet, has launched its Carbon Intensity Indicator (CII) Data Collection System (DCS).
