Suttons to acquire VTG’s non-German ISO tank container business
NewsSuttons International and VTG Tanktainer GmbH, part of VTG AG, have signed an asset purchase agreement
Widnes (UK)-based Suttons International, a leading supplier of freight transport services for the chemicals industries, and LogChain, which offers a digital platform for supply chain management, have stated working together on a number of initiatives.
In particular, Suttons is adopting LogChain’s platform as part of it digitalisation journey, with the company claiming the move “underscores a significant step in Suttons’ commitment to spearheading digital innovation within the industry”.
