Kalmar has acquired 80% of two Italian service companies, CVS Technoports Srl and CVS Service Srl from CVS Ferrari group, which will retain ownership of the remaining 20%. The companies, which had combined sales of around €8M in 2007 and currently employ 65 people, will be renamed Officine Cargotec Ferrari Srl (OCF); CV Ferrari’s operations director, Teodoro Ceglia, has joined its Board of Directors.
