US announces tariff on STS cranes

Three crane manufacturers have bid on a recent tender for a railmounted, barge-to-shore crane for the Port of Everett, Washington, USA. The port advertised for bids for an 85ft rail span, 50 LT crane with a self-propelled trolley and two spreaders.
