Crane stiffening for port of Charleston
The South Carolina Ports Authority (SCPA) has awarded a contract to ZPMC Crane Services to stiffen three ZPMC cranes. In 2007, the port took delivery of four ZPMC cranes that staff noted “have had sway issues since they were placed in service”, which ZPMC agreed to address as part of negotiations for the next two STS cranes.
