Court stays rate cuts in Mumbai

Two container terminals operated separately by DP World and APM Terminals (APMT) at India’s Jawaharlal Nehru Port (JNP) have secured an interim stay order from the Mumbai High Court on rate cuts ordered by the Tariff Authority for Major Ports (see WorldCargo News May 2012, p11)..
