Stevedoring Services of America (SSA) and Konsortium Perkapalan Berhad (KPB) of Malaysia, two of the major foreign partners in India’s Kakinada Sea Ports Ltd (KSPL), which operates the Kakinada deepwater port in the southern state of Andhra Pradesh, have threatened to pull out of the consortium.
