The French Upper Rhine ports of Mulhouse-Rhin (Ottmarsheim, Huningue and île Napoléon), managed by CCI Sud Alsace Mulhouse have played a key part in the development of a logistics chain for automotive parts dispatched by PSA Peugeot-Citroën to its car assembly plant in Kaluga, near Moscow.
