Nor-Plate take over
0ydna Sagbruk A/S, a member of the Rosfjord Group and the biggest producer of Nordic hardwood in Norway, has taken over the production facilities and personnel of container and trailer flooring manufacturer Nor-Plate A/S in Byremo. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
