IICL issues repair revision

The Institute of International Container Lessors (IICL) has issued a revision to its Repair Manual for Steel Freight Containers (Fifth Edition – IICL-5) following a number of incidences of weld cracking in two techniques used to repair downward bowed cross members and forklift pocket sidewalls.
