Has the grey box concept’s time finally come?

Members of the European Shippers’ Council (ESC) have agreed to form a working group, open to shippers and others in the maritime supply chain, to reconsider the “grey box” concept as a means of reducing container equipment shortages and C02 emissions and improving container fleet productivity.
