IAS updates ChassisManager

International Asset Systems (IAS) has added a number of new features, simplified processes and new ocean carrier functionality to the ChassisManager program that is being used by Hampton Roads Chassis Pool (HRCP) to allow ocean carriers to exit the provisioning of chassis in the Port of Virginia.
