DP World wins second Djibouti legal fight

DP World has won its case against the government of Djibouti in the Court of Arbitration in London. The government submitted the case in 2014, claiming that DP World paid money to the CEO of Djibouti’s port and free zone authority, Abdourahman Boreh, in return for the concession to operate Doraleh Container Terminal.
