Russia’s container market increase by 18% year-on-year
NewsIn February of this year alone, Russia’s container market rose by 23.5 per cent year-on-year to 533,000 TEU. The preceding month also saw growth.
Transcontainer minority stake sold
Yenisei Capital, whose ultimate beneficiaries are Roman Abramovich, the owner of the Chelsea Football Club, and Russian billionaire Aleksandr Abramov, has acquired a 24.5% stake in TransContainer from the Blagosostoyaniye pension fund (BPF), which is affiliated with Russian Railways
