Greenwich Terminals LLC has taken over responsibility for stevedoring and terminal operations at the Packer Avenue Marine Terminal (PAMT) in Philadelphia from Holt Cargo Systems, part of the Holt Group, which is operating under Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. Though Greenwich Terminals is reportedly controlled by the Holt family, it is not involved in the group’s bankruptcy proceedings.
