The long struggle between PSA Sinport and Eurogate’s Contship Italia SpA (CI) for terminal capacity in Genoa (see WorldCargo News May 2005, pp41-43) has taken a new twist.The regional civil court (TAR Liguria) has granted an appeal by CI against the award last year of the so-called VIth Module at Voltri Terminal Europa (VTE) to PSA Sinport.
