After months of difficult negotiations with local communities and its customer, the Los Angeles Board of Harbor Commissioners has finally been able to approve a new long-term lease for TraPac, Inc (Mitsui OSK Lines) within the framework of the San Pedro Bay ports’ joint Clean Air Action Program (CAAP).
