Bulk terminal operator Kinder Morgan has agreed to pay US$1M in fines and other payments after pleading guilty to four separate violations of the Clean Air Act at its Kinder Morgan Port Manatee Terminal, LLC (KMPMT) facility at Port Manatee, Florida.
