Orsero/GF into Livorno?
Orsero/GF Group, Italy’s leading fruit importer and trader, is close to finalising the purchase of a 25% stake in Livorno Reefer Terminal (LRT) after almost a year of negotiations. The news was released by Enzo Raugei, president of the Livorno dockworkers’ company, CPL, which owns 50% of LRT, with Spedizioneri Agroalimentari Riuniti (SAR) and Baccini Ortofrutta owning the other 50%.
