Contship out of Livorno?

The partners in Terminal Darsena Toscana (TDT) in Livorno -Contship Italia Spa (part of Eurogate group) and Compagnia Portuale Livorno (CPL), the local dockworkers’ company – have failed in their attempt to iron out their differences and the plan now is for CPL to take over Contship’s 50% stake.
