NCC back in Ilyichevsk?

The Odessa Regional Court of Appeal has decided in favour of Russia’s National Container Company (NCC) and instructed the Ilyichevsk port authority to reinstate the joint operation agreement with NCC’s local affiliate, Ukrtranscontainer (UTC).
