Two more bids for Virginia terminals

The Commonwealth of Virginia Office of Transportation Public Private Partnerships (OTP) has received two more proposals to operate the marine terminals under the control of the Virginia Port Authority, including the leased APM Terminals-Virginia (APMT-V) facility.
