ANTAQ, Brazil’s national waterways and ports agency, has officially opened up the process for a second tranche of new port concessions The new round includes Brazil’s second largest port of Paranaguá in the state of Paraná, along with São Sebastião in São Paulo state and Aratu and Salvador in the north eastern state of Bahia.
