Yilport buys into Takoradi
NewsTurkey-based Yilport Holding has bought Africa Finance Corporation’s (AFC’s) 35% equity stake in Atlantic Terminal Services Limited (ATSL), the concessionaire responsible for expanding the port of Takoradi in Ghana
Yilport wins Oslo concession
Istanbul based Yilport Holding has been appointed by Oslo Havn KF as the new operator for its Sjursøya Container Terminal (SCT) which from early 2015 will be the only dedicated container terminal in the Norwegian port. The deal is for 20 years with a 10-year option period. Five bidders had competed for the project.
