TraPac extending in Oakland

The Port of Oakland has concluded a deal with TraPac to allow it to expand into part of the Outer Harbor Terminal (OHT) left vacant when Ports America Outer Harbor Terminal filed for bankruptcy in February this year, leaving empty its two leaseholds covering berths 20-26. The port and TraPac have agreed terms that will allow TraPac to expand its footprint from 66 acres to approximately 123 acres, with an initial term of 14 years.
