Chile’s SAAM has sold its 35% stake in Trabajos Marítimos SA (Tramarsa) to the Romero Group for US$124M, booking a profit of US$33M on the sale. Tramarsa operates towage, port infrastructure and logistics businesses in Peru and Bolivia.
