Spanish port labour reforms
In Spain, stevedores and employers have set a deadline of 30 September to reach an agreement for the overall reform of the sector, as required by the EU. This forms part of modifications to the Fourth Framework Agreement, which will ultimately lead to the signing of a new collective bargaining agreement.
