Russian port volumes up 3.8% in 2018


Last year Russian seaports, including those in annexed Crimea, increased their aggregate cargo handling volume by 3.8% to 816.46 Mt, according to the country’s Federal Agency for Maritime and River Transport (Rosmorrechflot)
