St Petersburg on the move to Ust-Luga

Last month, Andrey Bokarev, coowner of the oil products and coal terminals in Ust-Luga port, asked the country’s president, Vladimir Putin, to consider relocating various harbour facilities handling around 60 Mtpa and the Baltic and Admiralty shipyards in the Big Port of St Petersburg (BPSP) to Ust-Luga.
