Spinelli loses appeal against Genoa container handlers merger

Genoa-based port operator Spinelli has sold a Fantuzzi Reggiane mobile harbour crane to Peyrani group for its operations in the port of Taranto

The German container liner shipping company will acquire a 49% stake in the Genoa-based port operator and logistic services company from existing shareholders, while Spinelli family will continue to hold the majority stake of 51%

Spinelli Srl has been using Gottwald mobile harbour cranes at its multipurpose Genoa Port Terminal since 2014 and has now ordered its first G6 crane, in the large ESP.9 variant
