Panattoni to develop warehouse in Ennshaven
Industrial property developer Panattoni is to develop a 65,000m2 site with trimodal access at Ennshaven on the River Danube in Upper Austria. The building will provide a total of 35,000 m2 of warehousing space, which can be divided into sub-lots starting at 3,000 m2 according to demand. The building will also have 3,000 m2 of flexible mezzanine space for offices and regulatory facilities.
