PSA Singapore (PSA), which operates the word’s second largest box port, Singapore, and Pacific International Lines (PIL), the country’s biggest privately-controlled shipping company, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to jointly develop sustainable solutions to cut carbon emissions.
