ZPMC STS cranes delivered on both sides of the Atlantic

ICTSI receives three quay cranes intended for its flagship Manila International Container Terminal.

China’s crane manufacturer ZPMC announces delivery of eleven quay cranes to major container terminals worldwide.

The newly arrived quay cranes at London Gateway are expected to operate for at least 25 years, and are sized to accommodate world’s largest container ships.

The cranes have a reach of 24 containers across and have been designed to tackle the challenges posed by windy conditions. Also, the KPA has ordered four RTGs.

The cranes in the Southport area at Florida International Terminal are required to be low-profile because the airport is less than two miles away.

VMTP plans to increase its storage capacity by 66% to 44,900 TEU, upgrade its terminals, and acquire new handling equipment.
