Terminal operators lining up for Bay Terminal, AD Ports signs MoU
NewsAbu Dhabi Ports Group has signed an MoU for part of the new Bay Terminal at the port of Chattogram; PSA and DP World are also expected to participate.
Scanners for Bangladesh
The Bangladeshi government has approved spending US$315M to install container scanners in all sea ports, “land ports”, inland container depots, and customs stations. This is expected to help reduce the chronic congestion in the Port of Chittagong.
