DFDS to buy FRS Iberia/Maroc

DFDS, which operates one of the most extensive freight and passenger ferry networks in the North Sea, Baltic Sea and eastern Mediterranean regions, is spending approximately €200M to buy Tarifa (Spain)-based FRS Iberia/ Maroc, a leading operator of ferry services across the Gibraltar Strait. FRS operates seven vessels on three services across the Gibraltar Strait, linking Algeciras and Tanger Med, Algeciras and Ceuta, and Tarifa
and Tanger Ville.
