Moves to reshape Qatar’s cold chain
Doha-based Milaha has started a new shipping service linking Hamad Port (Qatar) with Izmir, which is located on the Aegean Sea in Turkey. The new operation carries mainly refrigerated cargo, and has been launched in response to need for the country to secure its food supplies following trade and economic sanctions imposed on Qatar by several of its neighbours.
