K Line has teamed up with local partners in the Philippines and formed K Line Auto Logistics Philippines, Inc to provide a full rangeo of services for finished vehicles
K Line Auto Logistics Philippines, Inc (KALP), a joint venture between K Line and local partners, has signed a contract with a major automobile manufacturer and started working for it.
Demand for cars has increased in the Philippines every year for the past five years and year-to-date 2017 is up by a further 16%, so KALP is tapping into a growing market.
The Philippines is the 10th ASEAN market where K Line has stepped in to provide finished vehicle logistic services, and follows last year's initiative in Vietnam.
And last month K Line announced a joint venture for finished vehicles in Chile.
