With the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission ACCC) giving the restructure of Toll Holdings its final approval (see WorldCargo News December 2006, p6), Asciano Ltd has emerged as the name for the new infrastructure company housing, amongst other businesses, stevedore Patrick and railco Pacific National (PN).
