Los Angeles comes clean with LNG

According to an analysis released by the California Air Resources Board (CARB) in October this year, diesel PM emissions from the San Pedro Bay ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach totalled 1760 tonnes in 2002 and contributed some 21 per cent of the total South Coast Air Basin PM emissions in that year.
