Steelbro to keep it in the family

Leading self-loading trailer manufacturer Steelbro, based in New Zealand, has issued a statement declaring that it is to “remain family-and privately-owned.” Freightquip New Zealand, a company owned by John Steel and his family trust, has secured a 45 per cent stake in Steelbro Ltd, with an option to acquire the balance from the RDH Steel Trust over the next 12 months.
