Gaussin inks DPW framework deal

A French court has approved the sale of Gaussin’s manufacturing subsidiary Metalliance to a Franco-American consortium led by Steve Filipov.

Gaussin has moved to try and stop a French/US joint venture led by Steve Filipov from acquiring a stock of parts and unfinished ATT tractors.

The Judicial administrator for the company has moved to appoint a Provisional Administrator after two board members attempted to oust Christophe Gaussin from the company.

As its commercial position unravels Gaussin has been placed in a  “safeguard procedure” by the Vesoul Commercial Court.

The Port of Salalah has taken delivery of the first four cranes in a series of 10 super-post panamax STS cranes being manufactured by ZPMC. The remaining cranes will arrive at Oman’s largest container port in Q2 2024 with all units fully commissioned in the third quarter of the year.
