US announces tariff on STS cranes
NewsA 25% tariff will apply to all STS cranes “from China”, including cranes produced by Konecranes, impacting US ports and terminal operators.
Latin big six for Liebherr
In early September, Liebherr reported that its had sold no less than 10 units of its top-of-the-line LHM 600 mobile harbour crane design and LBS (bargemounted) variant in the Latin American market in the past 12 months. The first LHM 600 was delivered in 2009, followed by two more in 2010. In 2011 the number of units supplied rose to three and in 2012 five were supplied.
