IAS changes hands
NewsGlobal private equity firms Warburg Pincus and Vestar Capital Partners have acquired joint control of transportation industry technology firm International Asset Systems (IAS). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
IAS adds Interdom
Independent stacktrain operator Interdom Partners has become the latest company to adopt International Asset Systems (IAS)’ InterBox intermodal reservation system to supply equipment to its customers.
