CargoCard mandated by Kloosterboer

Kloosterboer has announced that truckers will be required to have a CargoCard to access its new temperature-controlled DC that is due to open in May as a centrepiece of the new Rotterdam Cool Port on the site of the former ECT Home Terminal in the Eemhaven.
