ACEP database is signed off by IMO

The Global Approved Continuous Examination Programme (ACEP) Database pilot, operated by the Bureau International des Containers (BIC) on behalf of the International Maritime Organisation (IMO), has been given the green light by the IMO sub-committee that oversees cargo safety.
