Yilport Liscont goes live with ARTGs
NewsYilport Liscont has begun ARTG operations, becoming second terminal within Yilport Holding to implement this technology.
Genma-Kalmar has officially handed over six fully automated, electric RTGs to long-term customer Ningbo Zhoushan Port (NZP) following a 16 hours’ endurance test at the BLTCT site
In 2022 NZP handled 33.5M TEU, the third highest container port ranking after Singapore and Shanghai. BLTCT is the largest of the nine container terminals in NZP.
The fully automated and electric RTGs have a SWL of 41 tonnes stack 6 + 1 and 1 over 5 x 9ft 6in high. They are powered off an overhead busbar power supply.
